    Hi Everyone, you can archive your old mails to clean up your inbox, if you don’t know how to do it follow the below steps.

    For Outlook 2021, 2019, and 2016:

    1. Open Microsoft Outlook and navigate to File > Info > Tools > Clean up old items.

    2.In Outlook 2013:

    o Go to File > Info > Cleanup Tools > Archive.

    3.Select “Archive this folder and all subfolders.”
    4.Choose the specific mail folder you wish to archive.
    5.Specify or select a date under “Archive items older than.”
    6.Check the box “Include items with the ‘Do not AutoArchive’ checkbox” and click OK.
    7.Repeat these steps to create additional PST files based on different date ranges.
